Nothing. Broken bed. Dirty caravan. 2C Holiday did communicate, but were unable to help with anything. AVOID at all costs. We left early! We were offered a £40.00 GBP refund which seemed insulting.

AVOID at all costs. This caravan is a pure rental. NO LOVE OR TLC. There were numerous broken items within the caravan and it was dirty. There were bloodstained cushions, mud and spiders webs throughout.

The caravan was spotless and is of a high standard. The location was on a quiet site, with beautiful views of the fishing lakes. Saxmundham is only a 5 minute drive away with supermarkets available.

Location was good and the caravan was very nicely furnished. We spent only a short time inside as we had many plans for the weekend.

The mattress on the King size bed was a bit soft, so we tended to roll into the middle. Otherwise, the caravan was very nice. We did eat at the holiday park pub/restaurant one evening and waited 1 1/2 hrs for our meals. The guy working with the guests was alone and managed well without seeming stressed. There may have only been one member of staff in the kitchen. More staff was needed that evening, as we were many guests waiting for a long time for our meals.

The accommodation itself was quite good. Although the double bed was larger and deeper than expected, which made my fitted sheet useless. When I visited it was during the week out of season and it rained constantly so cannot comment on whether it would be quiet at other times. I only wanted somewhere comfortable to park my head and you could not really fault it but .....

1. The booking company affiliated to Booking.com was difficult to contact with and very slow in responding. Plus my information was data breeched so I had several scam emails stating that there was a problem with my booking and I had to re-enter my financials. That they had my name, phone number, email and booking number etc was deeply worrying. I had to check my bank account several times. Would not recommend them to handle my rental or bookings if I was the owner. 2. Finding the place was a nightmare, road structure, map, and the lack of street lighting on this large site. Add to this that the property numbers were displayed on windows largely obscured by decking etc. What should have been an easy arrival took an hour on site. 3. The door to the accommodation opened outward (as per normal) but you had to fully open the door before you could navigate inside. Fine in the summer but a real problem in torrential rain carrying cases, shopping etc.

Great value. Clean. Nicely decorated. Good layout. Very comfortable mattresses.

Our stay in our private caravan was beautiful. so private and so relaxing and free. The fishing lake was such a lovely touch to the camp. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the food in the restaurant was lovely and fairly priced.

Our caravan was a little dirty here and there. When we got unpacked I did have to go round and hoover through and wipe the dining table but nothing crazy to put me off. I understand we're only human. Another thing was the decking outside that was quite dirty and lots of cobwebs, I would've appreciated if that was a little cleaner, we had to clean our table and chairs before sitting on them again as were cobwebs.

Comfortable and nicely decorated. Showers were brilliant.

Couldn’t connect to stereo, sewage smell in main bathroom, no cafetière, patio furniture very basic and uncomfortable, caravan not as clean as could be.
