Beds were ok and location was also fine.

Place was pretty dirty. Dishes in the sink and pots in the shower.

Casa grande e bella, come da descrizione, ottima posizione e rapporto qualità-prezzo. A differenza di quello che dicono altre recensioni recenti, il riscaldamento funziona benissimo. Consigliata!

Ci sarebbero un paio di cose un po' rovinate da sistemare e sarebbe comodo avere qualche utensile in più in cucina. Nulla di grave comunque.

Casa este uimitoare de asemenea și locația ei, nu afost ceva sa nu ne placa. Foarte încăpătoare pentru o familie mare este de vis. Pot spune pe scurt ca ne-a întrecut așteptările și abia așteptam să revenim la Cluj!

Δεν υπήρχε καθόλου άμεση ανταπόκριση από τον ιδιοκτήτη. Η Θέρμανση δεν δούλευε ήρθε ο υδραυλικός να την φτιάξει αργά το απόγευμα χάσαμε όλη την μέρα μας στο σπίτι μέχρι να δούμε πως να ζεσταθούμε. Και το βράδυ δεν υπήρχε ζεστό νερό για μπάνιο με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να κάνουμε μπάνιο και είχαμε και 5 παιδάκια μαζί μας. Μετά από πολλά τηλέφωνα και μυνήματα προς τον ιδιοκτήτη δέχθηκε να μας επιστρέψει τα χρήματα και πήγαμε σε άλλο κατάλυμα.

Disappointment with the place. There was no internet at all, none of the TVs in the apartment worked. The heating system in the kitchen made noise all night and it was impossible to sleep. I tried to contact the owner of the place both by WhatsApp and by phone but without success. They didn't answer the phone or messages. They simply ruined our stay in the city.

La ubicación es excepcional pero el apartamento está muy dejado y deteriorado.

Habían muchas cosas rotas esenciales, como la manivela para salir de la bañera,el WC estaba roto y se salía el agua por detrás lo cual hacía que nos mojásemos los pies cada vez que entrábamos,los toalleros rotos y la mampara de la ducha rota también,algo muy importante la limpieza,que era buena a la vista, pero los rincones estaban sucios de hacia tiempo. Es una pena por qué el apartamento está muy bien ubicado, solo necesita que le hagan el mantenimiento necesario.

First of all, I would not recommend staying at this place. The only real advantage is the location, which makes it easy to spend time in the city and avoid staying inside the apartment.

I understand that the apartment may be old, but this does not justify broken or poorly maintained equipment. At check-out, the host asked me to leave the highest possible rating and to report problems privately instead of mentioning them in the public review. After reading recent guest reviews, it became clear that this was not an isolated request but a deliberate tactic. Many guests experienced the same problems, which the host continues to ignore without fixing them. Main issues we experienced: The small shower cabin had a broken door, and the towel holder was ripped off the wall. The large bathroom had a leaking toilet with water constantly pooling on the floor. One of the light fixtures did not work. There was no hot water. I called the emergency number provided at check-in and received a response only after 24 hours. The hot water was fixed, but it stopped working again on our departure day. There was no kettle. The dishwasher was very dirty, as if it had not been used for months. According to other reviews, it appears to be broken. The coffee machine was dirty, and I did not feel safe using it. The dining table was broken. There were not enough dishes for the number of guests stated in the listing. Two out of four bedrooms were walk-through rooms with no privacy. This is not a “villa” as advertised, but a ground-floor apartment. To be fair, the floor was generally clean, but there was visible dust and long hairs in the corners. Overall, the condition of the apartment was disappointing and did not match the description.
