"Mai bine evitati / More better to stay away"

In urma unui late check-out neprevazut, gazda a transmis ca va face plangere penala prin avocat si ne va da in judecata, atat oaspetii cat si platforma booking. Asteptam un punct de vedere legat de aceasta situatie. Pana atunci nota 1 este mai mult decat ideala acestei rezervari.

The location was great and it is definitely worth staying at the property. The flat is central and close to everything.

The downside of the experience was not having hot water on our first day. The communication wasn’t great either.

Die Lage war gut.

Wir hatten den ganzen Aufenthalt über kein warmes Wasser. Der Service unglaublich schlecht. Ich habe mehrmals angerufen und Nachrichten geschrieben und es kam keine Rückmeldung. Wir hatten 4 Tage eiskaltes Wasser. Die Spülmaschine defekt, keine Töpfe. Eins unserer Betten mussten wir selbst beziehen, obwohl ich 8 Personen angegeben habe. Ganz schnell kam eine Nachricht nach dem Urlaub, dass ich bitte volle Punktzahl geben soll. Unverschämt. Ich gebe normalerweise nie schlechte Bewertungen, aber das war wirklich schlecht
