The host Nita & her colleague were very accommodating, very pleasant, very attentive, extremely hard working & very conscientious. They do an excellent job of the day to day running of this accommodation. The air conditioning is good, the WiFi is good & the bed was comfortable. The travel arrangements set up by the host Nita for personal private car transfer & private boat transfer from the Manado side hotel accommodation in which I stayed, directly to this Bunaken accommodation & back again were immaculate. Well worth the little extra is cost in comparison to the local Manado/Bunaken Ferry & local taxis for comfort & experience alone. I do recommend utilizing this support from Nita & am very grateful for it.

The Dive Boat Crew that are utilized for this accommodation, that is also a Dive Center, were extremely lacking in their punctuality & spoiled what was otherwise quite a pleasant stay from what I experienced myself. They do not apologize for being late. I may have been unlucky & just experienced them as a boat crew for the scuba diving side of things when they were being particularly slack & shabby in their work ethic. I can imagine this property was very nice when it was first completed. Even though the two exceptional hosts do their best to make the guest stay as comfortable as possible, the property is looking old & tired in places. It therefore needs a lot of work to bring it back up to spec & be worth the money that is charged. It is EXPENSIVE for what it is & there is much nicer properties, a lot cheaper in the surrounding area. I know, as I have stayed on this island previously for nearly a week in great comfort for a similar price. I suggest looking around before you commit. You will not be disappointed in the hosts, as they are really nice, but the property is disappointing & overpriced. It looks nicer in website photos than it actually is. The food menu is overpriced. There are better choices & cheaper in local cafes & restaurants within easy walking distance.

From day 1 til we left the property, Nita helped us with everything. She booked our boat to back to Manado, cooked breakfast for us everyday and even gave us free drinks. She also gave us many good recommendations around the island. Nita and the staff do an amazing job. Definitely recommend staying!!!

Das Zimmer war schön und sauber, das Bett auch gut. Der Sonnenuntergang ist bestens vor Ort zu genießen! Nita hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert und uns mit allen Fragen geholfen. Die Schnorchel Ausflüge waren ein Traum und die Insel an sich ist ein kleines Paradies.

Das Bad ist ziemlich klein.

Очень понравилась семейная атмосфера отеля, радушный персонал, Ните большое спасибо за гостеприимство. В прилив море в шаге от отеля. Вкусные завтраки, блюда на ужин тоже понравились. Гид Маки организовывал отличные экскурсии на снорклинг.

Освещение в номере можно сделать поярче. Были проблемы с канализацией, но их решили.
