Location was perfect, host was very helpful and informational

Drain in bathroom was bit slow and easily flooded.. just need to monitor when showering

The facility was great, however, you need to improve on cleanliness. The bedding was smelly.

I like mostly the location and the facilities. The pool is clean, which is a good thing.

The unit was extremely clean, neat and tidy. It was fully equipped. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils. All in all the unit was extremely up to standard.

I did not like the fact there was only a mirror available on the bathroom. Would be nice if there was a mirror in the room. When coming out of the parking area where we parked it is very uneven. The sand washed away and is very difficult to come out. Especially in the evenings. Our car went into the hole where we damaged the rim. Would have made it easier if it was filled with some sand/gravel.

Loadsheding! But not their fault! The pool was green for 2 days.and I had to leave the place 4 nights before and unfortunately no refund.

The place is really beautiful and quiet. Super clean with plenty of plants and trees. The people, including staff, were friendly and helpful. There is a family-friendly common area with a pool and braai area, which was awesome due to the heat.

There was a pool of water next to my bed when I woke up. I'm still not sure where it came from, maybe the underground plumbing?. During load shedding, there is no cold tap water, so you can not shower. The drain in the shower can overflow if you take showers close to each other. The beds are not very comfortable for a long stay. The property said beach front, but the beach is quiet far, and out of view. But other than that, I would return with my family.

Good location

Room was ok. No mirror in room. Just a little mirror in the bathroom, not effective.. False advertising, said private pool. But there was a dirty communal pool. Shower was flooding, water wasn't going out properly through grate as it still had the tape on it.
