14 Manzini Chalets -Flamingo Cove

We stayed in unit 1, due to double booking in unit 14. Was a lovely room, loads of cupboard space, kitchen beautifully set up, the pool and gardens wonderful.

There just needs to be a more efficient key pick up, as this was confusing.

The unit is spacious and comfortable.

There was no dishwashing liquid and only 3 quarters of a toilet paper roll. I had to buy additional toilet paper.

Great location and the Chalet was clean and neat

It was a real challenge to get the keys. After saying the time we were arriving there was no one to meet us. It took a lot of phoning before the security arrived and got the keys out of the key box. The towel rack in the bathroom was broken.

Location is perfect and the unit is beautifully renovated. Some constructive feedback - the drain in the bathroom / shower is blocked badly. First night it wasn't too bad, but early the next morning, the entire bathroom flooded.

Shower drain just needs cleaning out. Not a big thing. Loved our stay.

The facility's color scheme that brings peace to one's mind

I just want to bring it to your attention that the drain of the shower does not completely drain the water when one takes a shower

The place is close to the restaurants and quite and refreshing

The linen wasn't changed from the day we checked in till the day checked out

Clean, comfortable and well set up.

Drainage in the shower not sufficient so we ended up with a wet floor in the bathroom.
