Vue Alpine - La Residence du Parc

Fantastic

We liked the spaciousness, the views, and the parking/access. Everything was easy to use/find. It was great to be out of the madness of Queenstown central. Close to Coronet, easy to get to Arrowtown and great walking/biking trails on your doorstep. We loved the ease of walking to get pizza or get a meal from the tavern

It would be helpful to be warned of the lack of Spark coverage in the area so I could have screen shot the instructions before we got there. It was also very warm in the apartment even with the heating off. There is quite a bit of road noise which would be a nuisance in summer if you had the windows open overnight

Great location in between the mountain and Queenstown.

Hard to control temperature and got too hot overnight.

It is a nice unit with everything you want & full kitchen & large fridge. Great showers .7 heated floors in the bathrooms. Only on the 3th floor room 18 but there was not many people in the units. Had a lift also.

The main bedroom was very noisey from the road, Seals on the doors need replaced would help stop the noise. We use the other room. A bit of building going on that we where not told about. Early morrning trades. You have to use the BCR portal to find everthing eg, lock box codes & wifi password and to self check in & out. We have book though this company before so we knew how it worked.
