When leaving building a woman was walking her dog out of building and it bit my partners ankle,the lady didnt even have the courtesy to apologise

"Niza apartments, just ok"

Location is good.

Slightly run down. The laminate flooring is damaged, and the bin pedal doesn't work in the bathroom. There are no blinds for the bedroom, so daylight comes in, and whoever is on the balcony can see into the bedroom. Also, we had to collect the keys for the apartment 3 miles away.
