location, 3rd time staying there, 2 sets of keys and secure location.

3rd time staying there but was disappointed this time. walked in to a really stale smell which we could not get rid of during the 3 nights even though we kept the patio doors open to try ventilate it. The air conditioning unit did not work at all and looked half repaired. there was no hot water from either the taps or the shower throughout the full 3 nights, we had to go to another apartment building where other friends were staying in order to get a warm shower.

it was clean gave you all the amenities you need

the only Robles was the key collection and drop off was too far, dropping the keys off at 6 in the morning when you have an early flight was difficult, as you have cases etc before catching transport the tv channels were very poor as personally I like at least one night to recuperate and relax

Clean,and plenty of room

Being disabled, and having to drop the keys off at 6:00 am ,a good 30 minute walk there and back,and in the dark, not impressed at all!!

Central location Comfy beds

Very dated. Shower had mould and overflowed over bathroom floor. Had to go to Booking.com office to check in when bus had left us outside apartment, and again when checking out. Good 20 min walk away.

Amazing views from the lovely sun terrace! Perfect, central location - everything was within walking distance. Clean and very comfortable beds. Airport transfer waited for us at key collection office then dropped us to the apartment, so no problems there either. Will definitely stay again and recommend!

Only downside was the overpowering mouldy smell in the elevators, but the apartment itself had no such issues

The location is spot on for a benidorm holiday

The apartment is tired needs alot of work and it was absolutely filthy hair and fluff everywhere, mold in the shower which kept filling up with water so yourvstanding in inches of water,the floors are lifting and the furniture is filthy dirty the only plus was the aircon
