"Not as advertised"

The Location was suitable for my plans.

No towels were provided. It is advertised as coming with a kitchen, but the only appliances were an electric kettle and electric oven. Was informed by the host that any other appliances need to be rented with an additional fee. The swimming pool was dirty. There were no heated showers. I had informed the host that the single water heater was not working, no response.
