Response from the property owner very poor. And no cleanliness at all. Most of places have ants and insects. No towel provided. Only one heater in unit

We booked 2 nights 3 days. The place was looked like hunted and ghost place.Not have proper registration process and the owner never reply for us.The apartment was so quiet and feel scary. We check out earlier one day due to some panaromal disturbance happened to us. We immediately out from there around 10.30pm. We WhatsApp the emergency contact that given to us but never get reply from them. Please don't book the appartment
