I book for family room on booking.com i expected one room as my kids only young and they give me 2 rooms and they are deferent floor and just can’t cancel my booking because they already paid its just terrible experience.

Location

Booked 1 apartment and 3 studio rooms. Upon arrival, we were informed that 4 studio rooms we reserved instead. They gave us 1 additional studio room but it's still cheaper and smaller compared to the apartment we originally booked.
