could do with clean up and virtually no pressure in shower

The check in lady was somewhat nice .

Property management were very poor in communication. I sent thru Whatsapp all our ID's & Vaccination Cards days before our arrival and yet when we arrived the lady whos incharge of checking us in said that she never received any of the requirements. So i had to resend it again and we waited for 30 minutes bec. we had to wait until 2pm. No flexibility or consideration at all. And the check in lady was telling us & blaming the Main Property Management & Booking.com for not sending all those requirements to her. And the worst part is I paid for 5 persons with 2 bedrooms w/ specifically 2 full beds & 2 futon. but we ended up with 1 bedroom with 1 full bed & a bunkbed. The check in lady just gave us 2 towels and 4 blankets/ beddings. The check in lady promised to come back to bring us enough towels and another futon bed but never came back not until the next day , after texting her again and reminding that we didnt get enough towels & beddings & futon bed. Also, the bathroom was filthy & smelly ! The bathroom sink was clogged and water on the floor , so we had to call the check in lady again. The kitchen faucet was wobbly & sink was filthy too. Luckily, the bathroom problems were addressed quickly by the maintenance person. I will never recommend or come back again to this Unit 42-P! That will be my first & last stay in that Horizons Unit 42-P!!!!Not worth it for the money i paid for!!!
