AUWhatever I liked about the property was completely negated by the extraordinarily poor customer service.
Only after I paid for the property did they make aware of the deposit. There was an issue with the dishwasher which took 15 minutes to fix. So they kept the entire deposit. Have asked for invoice but no response.
USThis unit was exactly as presented. It is very well located. Just 2 blocks from the Sky Tower which provides great access to the Sky Drive Shuttle to and from the airport. The unit is located in a tower attached to the Rendezvous Heritage Hotel. You can enter via the Hotel and use a walkway that makes the walk much flatter. Also quick walk to the harbor area. Bed was very comfortable, not overly firm. Can't speak towards kitchen appointments, as we didn't cook anything, but looked to have all the necessary basics.
There were no espresso pods provided. It is a Chaos machine.

There was damage in the room, set of drawers was broken. Parking was a nightmare, check in instructions were difficult. It should be made clear the accommodation is actually in a hotel.

GBThe apartment was a good size and the bed very comfortable. It’s a lovely place to stay in a great location.
Check in time and collecting the key, it’s not actually that far from the premises and it’s made clear what you need to do so it’s not a surprise but after a long flight you want to get into the apartment and charging you extra to get in early (even 30 mins) makes business sense but it’d be a nice to touch to get in a little earlier at no extra cost if you arrive earlier rather wait till check in time exactly for all the codes to be released.
