NZEverything was clean and comfortable
USThe unit was exactly as pictured. The view was nice to the left - sit in the living room or on the balcony to enjoy it. Straight ahead and to the right view is another building. This is what I expected based on the photos. The location was excellent with respect to the wharf and the bus stop. The parking garage was easy to maneuver. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and soap for one wash is provided.
Overall, our stay was fine, but these items were below expectations: Two bath towels, one hand towel, one very tiny bar of soap, and 3 very tiny shampoos and bath gel. For a 3-night stay, this was completely inadequate. Less than what a hotel would provide. If you want more, the owner suggests you pay for additional housekeeping or supplies, or go to the store. Only instant coffee is provided. No ice trays are provided. No tissues. One package of dishwashing soap. You are requested to run the dishwasher as you leave, so you may have to buy dishwashing soap if you want to use the dishwasher before your departure. Check in is difficult: You will get the key until exactly 3 PM at a location that is about 15 minutes to walk or drive to the unit (due to traffic and one-way streets). Check-out is also cumbersome. You'll need to load up your car and exit the garage. Then, park your car and return to the unit to leave the keys.

Picking up the keys from a lock box at a different location to the property was slightly irritating. It would enhance the experience if the key could be collected from the property's reception. Plastic flowers felt a little cheap in such a beautiful apartment. It would have added to the luxury if there were bathrobes at the property.

NZThe apartment was sunny and bright with thoughtful decoration. Loved spending time on the balcony watching the city life and fabulous harbour views. The rooftop pool was lovely and a great sun trap.

One small dynamic… if you have the expectation of fun in the sun with a rooftop pool then you will be a bit disappointed. It is actually a pool on the second floor that is covered but still a rooftop but more like a lap pool. If you are looking for exercise you will love it!!

USEverything was amazing and I wish we had more time to enjoy this beautiful place. We were only in Auckland for less than 24 hours.
The address was unclear to our taxi driver, so we had to call for directions. Additionally, the drop box was several blocks away, making it both inconvenient and confusing. It wasn’t the ideal way to begin our trip.
