Good central location, had lots of facilities.

Having to pick the key up from a different location.

Beautiful view, good location to walk to viaduct area and lovely well-furnished apartment.

We got into town during rush hour and got in the wrong lane coming down Nelson to get in the lockbox so from the time we were 1 block from the lockbox until we got to the suite was 20 minutes. Maybe add to the directions to stay in the left lane on Nelson to go straight. I would have preferred at least a hand towel, facecloth and bath towel for both of us (there were no hand towels) and a bit more of other amenities. We were there for 4 nights. The apartment was beautiful, but the facilities are in need of updating - the chairs in the lobby are very worn, and a few elevators including the one to the pool in the other building weren't working.

Good size. Comfortable layout. Clean and good facilities.

Arrangements for getting keys and access to the apartment were poor. I had to ring several times to get details and codes. Checkout was poor, having to leave carpark and go back to leave keycard. Needing to leave cash for carpark was inconvenient.

Looks great and good location. Spacious with a luxurious feel. Great bath.

Bed wasn't comfortable and check in arrangements are a bit difficult especially if you're not familiar with the one way streets. Staff made it easier for us. Pre check in process is overly intrusive and security bond is a bit OTT.
