Beautiful property, cute cosy cabin and great hot tub!

The only disappointing factor was not being able to use the Sauna as we were not aware until arrival that it was a shared sauna and the other guests were extremely frequent users not really giving us an opportunity to use the facilities (was a shame as the main reason I booked it for my partners birthday) maybe a booking system might be useful to have for it

Everything was perfect and Mark was great!

This is the best holiday holiday ever.New cabin. new hotub snd steam room with barbecue. It idfully private . It is licated in a secret garden like alice in wonderland . I just chilled . Hist left us milk, coffee poda, water , chocolate and more. I wish I could live there. Host is very down to earth helpful gentleman. My wife is quite shy but was really chatty with him . The host shows you everything then leaves you to it unless you need help he fully respects your privacy. Thankyou so much for a wonderful experience. All the best from John and Fiona

Coming home

The gardens were beautiful, the work gone into maintaining them shows. The bed is comfy and hut is beautifully decorated.

Lovely property nice and clean

Fabulous little place 🙂 Very clean and well kept, and so relaxing! Having a sauna as well as the hot tub was a great bonus.

The hut and gardens are absolutely beautiful, loved the hot tub and the use of the sauna. It’s a very relaxing place to stay and the animals that are around are so friendly. Mark and his wife were very helpful for anything that we needed. York city centre was 10 minutes away in an uber.

Friendly owner, local to York, lots of amenities on site, nice area and very pretty! Would definitely recommend and would come back!

We liked the privacy and Intimacy of the garden and hut. It was perfect for our first couples UK break away. The aesthetics were beautiful on arrival, walking into the garden in full bloom due to the time of year. The Hot tub and Sauna were main features for us and we're so easy to heat up and maintain. Everything needed was supplied. Mark was more than accommodating and friendly when checking in. There were additional amenities that were not listed, like an Iron and hair dryer that came in extremely useful too. Co-Op and Aldi in walking distance for picking up any items required.
