Key and Door Services: - Lost keys: 20 EUR replacement fee. - Door opening: During working hours (09:00 to 20:00): 20 EUR. Outside working hours (20:00 to 09:00): Starts at 50 EUR, subject to availability. There are two parking spaces available; however, availability must be confirmed beforehand. One is priced at 13 EUR, and the other at 17 EUR.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. "Thieves and liars! Cleaning fee is mandatory!! Even if you clean, they'll lie and say it's dirty."

Location

AVOID! Dishonest and unethical. The apartment was dirty on arrival, with a leaking bathroom. Cleaning was supposedly optional—but in reality, it's mandatory. Worse, the hosts are outright liars. Despite following all cleaning instructions, they sent me a tampered video nearly 10 hours after checkout falsely claiming I hadn’t cleaned properly. Total scam. Good location, but I refuse to deal with dishonest people—especially Francisca, though I suspect the whole team operates the same way. Avoid like the plague.

location

when i got there the floor was still wet and the room was full of flies. i stayed a night and the flies stayed there all the time, in the room and in the shower, for my whole stay.

Hidden cost. A cleaning fee. And before the check out I got a reminder that I have to take the garbage with me and to leave it in the bins provided. I asked them about it, I did not receive any answer. I had to find a bin in the streets.
