Outside working hours (20:00 to 09:00): Starts at 50 EUR, subject to availability. There are two parking spaces available; however, availability must be confirmed beforehand. One is priced at 13 EUR, and the other at 17 EUR.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Je déconseille fortement cette location. Le propriétaire exige une caution en espèces, avec restitution seulement après 7 jours, ce qui est déjà suspect. Malgré plus d’1h30 de nettoyage et un appartement rendu parfaitement propre, il a inventé des prétextes (photos à l’appui) pour justifier de ne pas restituer la caution. Aucun état des lieux contradictoire n’a été fait ni à l’arrivée ni au départ. Le jour du départ, il n’était même pas présent à 11h pour la remise des clés : nous avons dû les laisser dans l’appartement. Une expérience très désagréable qui donne un fort sentiment d’escroquerie. j'ai ajouté la photo du livre de plainte vous avez le numéro registre pour déposer une plainte sur le site www.livroreclamacoes.pt référence 26235926 Desaconsejo encarecidamente este alojamiento. El propietario exige una fianza en efectivo, con devolución solo después de 7 días, lo cual ya resulta sospechoso. A pesar de más de 1h30 de limpieza y de haber dejado el apartamento perfectamente limpio, inventó pretextos (con fotos) para no devolver la fianza. No se realizó ningún estado de inventario contradictorio ni a la llegada ni a la salida. El día de la salida, ni siquiera estaba presente a las 11h para la entrega de las llaves: tuvimos que dejarlas en el apartamento. Una experiencia muy desagradable que da una fuerte sensación de estafa. He añadido la foto del libro de reclamaciones. ¿Tienen el número de registro para presentar una queja en el sitio www.livroreclamacoes.pt référence 26235926

"Molt correcte!!!"

Ample, amb una bona cuina i terrassa. Molt ben ubicat i la noia és molt amable. Ens ha agradat molt!

L'habitació de matrimoni una mica petita, tindria que tindre dues tauletes de nit, la llum de la tauleta no funciona.

Pagámos um valor adicional de 29€ para a limpeza do quarto, mas à chegada verificámos que o alojamento não estava devidamente limpo. No final da estadia foi solicitado que fizéssemos a limpeza do apartamento (recolher sacos do lixo e lavar a loiça usada). Afinal qual a finalidade da taxa extra cobrada?

"Worst hosts and experience ever. Strongly advise against staying."

Firstly, there was no WiFi in the apartment. The host said he'd go and get another router and never came back. He then blocked my number when I inquired. The hosts lied and said they came 3 hours later at 17:50 but no one was in. Complete lie, I was in the whole time and no buzzer, knock, text, call. Nothing. They then refused to come and give us WiFi, only saying they'd come tomorrow... after we leave... which is just insulting. I have all of the WhatsApp messages for evidence. The apartment was dirty including hair in the sink, mould outside the shower, food on cutlery, dirty toilet seat, dirty mirrors, crumbs on stove top etc (I have photos). Yet they charged us a 29€ cleaning fee upon arrival (which Booking said was unlawful) - still awaiting the refund. Included in our cleaning list was: hoover and mop floors, clean toilet, oven, stove, fridge etc... We called the "general manager", Isabelle, to get some help and she rudely said it isn't her problem, nothing to do with her, and to contact Booking.com The room was very basic; no Netflix, no sofa etc. Would 100% not recommend anyone stay here. Hosts are liars, won't help with anything or communicate, overcharge you, you are their cleaner unless you pay 29€ for them to get one, worst experience I've had at a rental. I deep cleaned the apartment before I left and did absolutely everything by the book just to make sure they could not say a single bad thing about us. Yet they are refusing a refund, despite me paying for a service that they did not provide, which is against EU Consumer Law. I have many photos as evidence.

Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude et très bruyant jusqu'à 4h du matin et le lit principal pas pratique pour un couple

El apartamento muy moderno, bonito y limpio. Aire acondicionado se agradeció un par de días de calor. Buena ubicación aunque está junto al metro, nosotros que éramos 4 convenía más moverse en Uber. La terraza muy bonita.

Al ser 4 si queríamos desayunar o cenar en el apartamento solo cuenta con 2 taburetes altos en la cocina. No dejaron bayeta de cocina. El microondas estaba escondido en un mueble bajo. Para aparcar ojo pedid información porque el parking que nos recomendaron nos costó 1 día 39 euros. Aparcar en la calle es por parkimetro por horas limitadas aunque sábados y domingos y festivos gratis. Por lo demás todo bien.

"Overall, a well-located and comfortable stay, but with a few small inconveniences to be aware of."

A lovely little studio with everything you need — comfy bed, blackout blinds, and nice toiletries. The apartment felt very well equipped and we really appreciated the warm welcome from the super friendly staff, along with the great communication before our stay. Location is convenient too, just a 15-minute walk into Porto city centre.

On the downside, the building’s lift is painfully slow, the shower leaks, and there were extra charges for cleaning (cash on arrival) and parking that we hadn’t expected.
