The apartment had a baf odor and it was dirty i reported and was promised another apartment and that was it 'a promise' I had to book another place for my asthmatic brother...

The smell of the carpet and the place doesn’t look exactly like what’s on the picture and the curtains are falling off it doesn’t seem to be well taken care of the bathroom doesn’t even have a soap that is unhealthy.

The beds were totally damaged. You basically sink into the mattress. The bathroom shower was dirty. The sink was blocked. The furniture outside the balcony were damaged.

There were insects in the bedroom with 2 single beds. We couldn’t use that room, the air con was not working. The furniture is horrible. The WiFi doesn’t work, Jason this apartment has a lot of potential. You one of the best hosts with amazing apartments but lately you neglecting your apartments. Do better.

The security guard entered our residence in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. He entered the bedrooms without permission, claiming we were making noise, but the noise was coming from the apartment upstairs; I believe there was a party. It was very disrespectful to enter in the middle of the night. They don't respect their customers.
