Cadar bantal dan tilam tak tukar.. Tilam bantal pon lembik macam guna pakai sendiri hari2.. Bau air liur basi Aircond tengah rumah tak sejuk.. Mintak staff tengok.. Tapi x datang untuk check pon

大踩雷！不要订这间！电梯门口昏暗，厕所又脏又有异味，客厅的风扇坏了还多多借口不修说有冷气！冰箱非常的臭！床软塌塌的，枕头也是这样，连被单也是破洞的，没有wifi,地板黏黏，连员工也是谎话连篇，要换房时说没有，要退房时又说有，还说什么已check in不能取消，但是我请问，我不进去又怎样会发现到这些问题，这是我第一次住到这么差的地方，我直接拿行李离开，看到这篇的记得不要订这间！

-The reason I choose the homestay bc it has swimming pool & gym. -Anthr reason the neighborhood nearby to susur keluar highway Simpang pulai like 5 minit drive . -Its 20 minutes to go Ipoh town . -lots of parking .nearby pool and basement also got -5 minutes drive to go eco shop&mini market. -Check in was easy.u will be given password for the key box outside the homestay .check out also just put back the key in the box and Whatsapp the staff. - will come bck if I see upcoming review hve better improvement.

-Fan in the living room not working.during daytime the whole house need longer time to get cold.(esp the living room) But at night it was really cold I guess bc sunny day . -provided 3 bathroom but only 1 bathroom got water heater / no towel provided ya..need to bring yr own. -no Room key leave in the house,wht if we forgotten and lock the room.gonna need to call staff to come .mybe that's the reason why 1 of the room door is faulty( canot lock) - cannot cook at home.rice cooker,iron& hairdryer need to rent and pay extra -tv not working at all. - only 2 room got aircond - carpet in the living room dusty and smelly need to change/ wash -no wifi at home -1 of the Rules ask to change wet shirt b4 going to the lift.but the toilet near the swimming pool look like haunted house and so dirty .so scary to go in to change. - gym was locked and cannot use.picture showing many dumbbell but there is one only thr..old pict I think . - no Dustbin provided nearby the swimming pool.I guess that's the reason why surrounding is so dirty full with trash even near the lift area. - 4 chair at the dinning table but 2 is broken. Better change b4 anybody got hurt . -Bedsheet need to change .looking so old. - only 1 dustbin with 1 garbage plastic in the homestay .need to put extra plastic for customer who need more.

ROOMS ARE OK, CLEAN, BUT TOILET FLOORS NOT CLEAN AND VERY LOW WATER PRESURE IN THIS APARTMENT,

NO WIFI INTERNET, COMMON AREAS OF THIS APARTMENT ALSO NOT CLEAN, DIRTY SWIMMING POOL VERY LOW WATER SYPPLY IN TOILET TOILET FLOOR NOT CLEAN
