Can you really call a kitchen a kitchen if it doesn't have a pot or even a gas tank? The carpet is grimy, giant cockroaches accompany you to the bathroom, the fan remote has no batteries, only one bathroom has hot water, and one bathroom has no light and a broken shower head. With so many issues, why are they still not letting guests check out? I don't understand why Booking.com allows this kind of homestay to exist.

The location is quite near to the highway exit. Lots of eateries surrounding the area. The property is spacious and clean with very basic amenities.
Probably the host could refurbish the apartment i.e. tending to the torn wallpaper and squeaking chairs and replace the empty gas can before the guest/s arrived. Otherwise they should put a microwave instead of a portable gas stove.
