The location was ok

Old fashioned,broken shower which didn’t get fixed and the agents have ignored my emails even though they offered compensation,this never came .

"Buen apartamento para una estancia de playa"

Apartamento pequeño pero cómodo en una zona muy tranquila de Tías (Puerto del Carmen) y en una urbanización con piscina.

Podría tener algunos elementos más (más papel higiénico, algo más de menaje, etc.)

A perfect appartment for a little family of 3, we loved it and will definitely book again.

We had a bit of a security issue, the key lect in the lock box didn't work initially so the cleaner came back with a different key for us. Then later that night, close to midnight someone was trying to put a key in from outside and luckily our key was in the lock on the inside and they couldn't open the door. When my partner went outside to look he saw 2 young men walking away. It scared us a bit and we had to take turns sleeping on the sofa bed, which is really really uncomfortable for an adult. We had planned for our 3 year old to sleep on it but there was no way we could have her sleeping there when someone had access to the other key. We did contact the property management company asking to have the locks changed but never heard anything back. The complex feels really safe, it is gated with a code but it's just one of these things when there are keys to a place anyone can have them copied. So although that frightened us the first night, ot never happened again and we loved our holiday and would book the same apartment again.

The pool was lovely. The garden was lovely and also it was nice to go down to the pool side for lunch . Also a very nice walk to the front .

Toaster didn't work , Didn't have any wee spoons I
