FLH - Central Flat in Bairro Alto

The flat was honestly fine but above a night club and across from two very noisy bars. It’s a shame because the flat had lots of potential.

No sleep at all ….music blasting from three bars and I mean your right above the blasting music that does not get switched off until 3 am. Honestly impossible to sleep.

Excellent location close to metro station, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, also within walking distance from many places to visit.

Apartment was dirty, living room rug had big stains in it and there was hair in the bathroom shower space. Very noisy location, the bar opposite side of the street plays music in full blast each night until 3. Ear-plugs are a must. Killer stairs from the street to apartment door, which is luckily in the first floor!

Our stay at the accommodation was deeply disappointing and unsatisfactory. From the outset, it was evident that the standards of cleanliness were far below acceptable levels. The small balcony was cluttered with empty beer bottles, giving the impression that the space had not been tended to in quite some time. Inside, the situation worsened. Beneath the beds, we found not only dust but also personal belongings such as deodorant and even underwear left behind by previous guests. This neglect reflects a serious lack of hygiene and maintenance. The most distressing part of our stay, however, was that two members of our group were bitten by bedbugs. This is an alarming and unacceptable issue that requires immediate attention. Unfortunately, the property owner failed to show up or address the situation directly. Their only response was to ask whether we had photos of the bites. Despite sending the requested photos, no action or compensation has been provided. Similarly, our concerns about the overall cleanliness of the property were entirely ignored. This lack of response, both to hygiene concerns and health-related issues, is unacceptable. Overall, our experience was overwhelmingly negative. Both the condition of the accommodation and the owner’s indifference to guests' well-being were highly disappointing. We cannot recommend this property and strongly advise others to seek alternative accommodations in Lisbon.

The property is centrally located so it is easy to walk around Lisbon

The street is very noisy with bars with loud music and people shouting until the early hours.the street cleaners come round early morning so sleep is limited. The shower is a trickle and the tray is blocked. Electrical sockets hanging off the wall.

It was very spacious and had good natural light.

it was not very clean there was dust everywhere and there was a cockroach. The doors did not lock, any gust of wind would push them flying open and it was very very noisy because of that, the sockets did not work well.

The location its really good like a lot the area

Reception located far from the appartment, the car from the Airport drives only up to reception, the luggages deposit in the reception have to be paid in supplement, appartment in very noisy street during the evening and most of the night

Very nice and clean flat. We didn't expect it to be so well equipped( e.g. towels, iron, ironing board, hair dryer). The apartment is located on a "party street", so it is very good for a trip with friends, not with children. A big plus- you could get everywhere by walk. Very good and quick contact with the owner. I recommend.
