FLH - Central Flat in Bairro Alto

Location was great, good size & comfortable

Noise from the bars until 2am was very loud

- Great location directly on the strip of bars and right in the centre of Lisbon - Kitchen facilities were good - Good sized living room

- Beds we’re not that comfortable - No air conditioning - You could hear noise of the streets from the bedrooms

We found out on our first night that our bedroom was full with bedbugs, we called FLH and the only solution they gave us was to use the sofa to sleep for that night (which also had strains), they went to the apartment to give us some extra sheets and towels (we had to wait till 5am to finally get some sleep), at least they gave us a full refund but we had to search for another place to stay on a Saturday in Lisbon because they said they didn't have any place available for us to stay. The apartment wasn't clean at all, the towels had strains and hair on them, bathroom was terrible, shower didn't work properly. They have changed almost all the furniture so the pictures do not correspond with the actual apartment. On our check in we asked to enter at 1pm, they let us leave the luggage but told us we had to leave the apartment and come back at 3pm because the had to clean it, which was a lie, the apartment was exactly the same when we got back. There is not really a big light in the living room so it will be very romantic all the time and more lights in the apartment won't go.
