Fab - Bamboo Hut with Open Shower

Very clean and modern but kept the charm of staying in a bamboo hut. It's on a family run spice farm which was so interesting. Quiet location surrounded by nature, worth the distance from Munnar. Anurag and his family made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed getting to know them. Anurag arranged a hike and all our transportation which was great considering we had nothing booked or arranged. Anurag's mum made us a delicious home made dinner. We would highly recommend and if it's booked out- their extended family also has a beautiful homestay called Linn View just beside it.

We stayed here for 2 days and was the best decision we took. The view from the hut was fabulous, overlooking the waterfall, and the bamboo hut had a nice balcony. One can sit on the balcony and just view the constant stream of water flowing with a cup of tea or coffee. Anurag and his family were extremely nice and accommodated our every request. The open shower and the bathroom was the highlight of the stay. It was simply amazing to go to sleep to the sound of the waterfall. The location is bit away from the main town which made it even better as the area wasn't busy with ongoing tourists during the tourist season. I recommend this place to any resort in Munnar.

We had an amazing stay at the Bamboo Hut! The views were breathtaking, the food was delicious, and the warm and welcoming family made the experience even better. The accommodation is around a mile down a track road so it’s recommended to have a taxi. We stayed for 2 nights but wish we had stayed longer, the open air shower was truly unique, making it one of the most memorable stays we've had. Thank you!

Excellent place to spend some quality time with our loved ones....if you are a nature lover you will definitely need more than two days stay in this beautiful and quiet place....the place was very neat...they also provided us delicious home made food...we loved it...will definitely visit this place again...soon...

Location Very well thought out hut, so much attention to detail Quiet, go to bed with the sound of insects and the waterfall and wake up to the sound of birds.

The hut is a cozy nest in the jungle, with a original open air bathroom. I liked the wonderful view on the forest and the river. The sound of the water fall and the birds is the soundtrack of the stay. Breakfast and dinner were very good. The family is caring and helping in organising great excursions. We were so happy that we extended our stay here!

There was a family of fighting little rats on the roof of the hut that scared us a bit during the night. However they never entered inside and it is part of the natural contest.
