The house was comfortable and clean, but it lacked cooking utensils. I believe that when providing a rental home, it's important to include basic essentials like these for guests

I really don't like the area; it feels quite eerie, with only a few residents contributing to the unsettling atmosphere. The parking is problematic, the lift is in poor condition and smells bad. Fortunately, I was with my family, but if I were alone, I wouldn't stay here

Host/Agent of this apartment is very rude. After I booked this apartment, he emailed me to tell me that I need to send a message on WhatsApp regarding the booking number and booking name. However, after I sent the message as requested, the host scolded me and told me not to call and message him, even though I sent message because I followed his instructions. The host also said that I did not understand the language roughly, and told me that he would not provide 24-hour service. The host also told me that the payment was made on booking.com instead of the host, so they did not provide the desired service even though the receipt was given to the host to prove the payment has been made. The advertised price also has hidden charges. So be careful when booking this apartment.
