Clean & comfortable but quite far from town.

This Apt has 3 toilets but Only 1 toilet has water heater.

Clean, hygeine, strategic location in kawasan perumahan yet not far from bandar. Good facilities provided and functioning well.

The pool. Rarely change water, it is dirt. Some of the mozaic peel of. Can do proper care on the pool next time.

THE ENVIRONMENT AND THE APARTMENT ITSELF!! POOR CONDITION AND THE APARTMENT WAS NOT WELL-MAINTAINED. THE POOL WAS SO BAD AND THE CORIDOR AND PARKING LOT LOOKS LIKE HAUNTED APARTMENT. THEY ARE SO FEW TENANTS..ON 1 FLOOR THERE ARE ONLY LIKES 3 HOUSE THAT ARE OCCUPIED OTHER THAN THAT NOT-OCCUPIED TILL IT GIVES YOU GOOSEBUMP

The calm and comfortable atmosphere makes me happy to stay there.. even the children are happy. That's enough to make me satisfied.

No wifi 😣 And The condition of the refrigerator is not pleasant because the melting ice makes me often wake up to wipe it from flowing out.

1 apartment have 3 rooms, 2 rooms with air cond, 1 room with fan only. Each room have bathroom.

Not recommended for ladies only to stay, it's quite dangerous although have guard house. Only 1 bathroom has heater. Needed the key for power supply, cannot put food/drinks in the fridge when you're not home. The pot is rusty, cannot use for boiling water. The photo shows nice swimming pool, but it's very dirty, no one maintaining.

fastidious law 1. Smoking is strictly prohibited 🚭 2. No towel is provided. 3. Iron board, hair dryer and rice cooker need to rent. Iron & Board = RM 10, Hair Dryer = RM 5, Rice Cooker = RM 20. 4. the pool is dirty and you can't bathe 5. after checkout we will asked for your account if nothing damage or smoking trace during your stay, we will refund the security deposit within 3 days of working day. 6.The area is quite spooky like an abandoned place

We got used & came with strong body odour pillow cases, bedsheets & quilts covers. Complained and the staff mentioned no more clean sheets for replacement. Being offered to replace unit but still same issue.As we insisted for the sheets to be changed, he brought me to the store room for us to believe. Yes, there was a pile of unwashed sheets on the floor and no clean sheet to be found. Luckily, there were new sheets still under wrapping and we insisted for it.He agreed, and solved the issue only for two out of three rooms as the new ones were not enough. This situation happened at around 9pm when we self checked in and througout this, the staff was very rude and the manager/owner seems to let everything to this particular staff to solve the issue. When left the unit, the key needs to be pulled out from power slot. It will cut the electricity to the whole unit including the fridge. So, if you have stuff that needs cold temp, then you need to have alternatives. The floor mat seems never been replaced; dirty yet not smelly. Internally rusted kettle. Swimming pool seems did not properly maintained.

Can't believe what we get to what we pay ... For sure will come again

Everything the facilities provided are excellent as to compare to what we pay.... From Kitchen to bedroom and from bathroom to living room
