The place was amazing, there are some corners not perfectly clean especially in the toilet and the lavatory but overall rating was brilliant.

Only the lavatory and the toilet need cleaning and repair

"Betten waren bequem."

Im Badezimmer unten waren Haare auf dem Boden, im Wohnzimmer hat es nach Trocken Fisch gerochen, Oben im Kinderzimmer waren Handtücher und Bettlaken nicht sauber. Keine Gläser 🙁

The house was clean and linen were fresh. The owners are very very nice. This is our 2nd stay here. Check in and out was swift and easy. Location excellent.

Though there was a table fan at the living room, it was not enough for the living-cum-dining. Was a bit warm.

Spacious. Good for family. Plenty of rooms and really comfortable sleeps. The owner is helpful and accommodating.

Its a bit off the main road. On the advertisement, it says near airport. It is off the way. It was not easy to locate. This is a subdivision and landmark was not indicated properly. Proper information is missing. It should be sent to the guest after booking. You need to contact the owner for guidance as the description information listed is totally wrong. Hoping this can be improve. Cleanliness: please check the bathroom floors and kitchen sync for fungus. The sponges is dirty and moldy. This is mostly lucking in many places in the Philippines even hotels. As I am an owner who also do rental, I like to help others improve. We all in this together. Take this info as compliment.

"Great location and affordable stay!"

The price is very affordable considering this is a 4-BR house. The place is so clean and well-maintained. The location is also near the airport which fitted our purpose since we work in the airlines. The neighborhood is all quiet at night so the ambience is very relaxing.
