The location is excellent.

Key collection was chaotic (45-minute wait), and cleaning hadn't been done by then. There were a number of dusty areas in the apartment, and the balcony was dirty. I had to clean it myself. The pillows were awful, and the spare ones didn't have covers and were grubby..
