Apartamentul este situat într-o zonă liniștită, aproape de Pallas.

Praful, lenjeria de pat sintetică ( ar fi necesara o husa pentru patul din dormitor), prosoapele miroseau urat, liftul nu funcționa. ( Apartamentul este la etajul 5!!!)
