2-Bedroom Accommodation Near Umhlanga Beach

The hosts were horrible Not accommodating at all We had to use the same towel for our duration of our stay Refused to change it for us Refused to even allow a 30 min over time for checkout When we needed assistance with the WiFi they refused to assist us No one replies to your messages No follow up message to find out if we checked in nicely and everything is ok No complimentary toiletries are provided After much complaining to the hosts no one bothered to message us and apologise on their behalf Absolutely pathetic service received from mafadiair Will not be booking any accommodation that is managed by them ever!!

The apartment was very nice and the view as well. It was quite and peaceful.

I had to wait at security for the key password. The numbers provided on the website not all of them are reachable. When it finally goes through nobody answers.

The location is perfect; central with a sea view. The accommodation had modern finishes and was decorated beautifully. The accommodation was also safe and secure.

Some aspects of the accommodation can be improved in terms of cleanliness. On arrival we had dish cloths that had already been used. The shower floor in the first bathroom was not properly cleaned and the toilet brush in the first bathroom was quite soiled which made us feel uncomfortable to use it

No plugs in 2nd bedroom, having a Aircon would’ve been nice too

We called the host from 12 on Friday because our arranged check in was at 1 there was no answer with both numbers got to the property the security also tried to call offered us to go and sit in the waiting area 10 minutes after a white man very helpful gave us a code to get the keys and gave us a trolley to take our things to our apartment Tried and called the host again still no answer search again and found a new number at first the lady didn't know about us then after holding she said she will get someone to call us or send check in details that was about 2 o'clock we called again at 4 still no answer again 😔😔when they finally answered they said is this your Whatsapp number I will send the check in details now that was 17:34 I even have the screen shot of the time we were just sitting in the apartment with no check in details What upset me the most is them not answering the phones when you expecting guest 😡😡 No sorry about the inconvenience nothing poor service
