"The place was horror experience ,"

The security around the area

1. The fridge is not working and never worked even though I notified management on first day 2. All air conditioners are not working, it’s get really hot inside the apartment 3. Ran out of electricity 4. Only One remote and one key 5. Toilet seats cover need to be replaced 6.The place is deteriorating and fast not compatible to the cost 7.No cleaning of the place for entire holiday 8.Sheets not changed for 8 days 9.Food that was initially bought was rotten Ben though I had notified apartment management on first day and till today it’s still not functioning

"Waste of money"

Not much.

Gym is redundant. Need to fetch keys from security. Didn't even bother. No one at reception. Hard to find the place. No one really talks to you about your stay. They just send you a watsapp. They asked me for id for access control. There is no access control. Over priced. No corkscrew. All round waste of money. The bed room. Suites are broken.

Size was good. Had a washing machine. Secure. Close proximity to Gateway Mall. Not so far from Umhlanga Beach

Here’s an updated review: I was disappointed with my stay here. Housekeeping wasn’t included, only mentioned in the fine print. We paid extra for a late check-out but were abruptly told to leave on the last day without any warning. There was also an unpleasant drain smell throughout our stay, which made it hard to relax. Other than that, the location and premises were fine, but these issues affected our overall experience.

There wasn’t enough toilet paper in the bathrooms and we would have appreciated it we had more towels in the room

Everything about the place, it's cozy and comfortable. I would recommend it to people. Itscworth the money and safety is key.

The lid to use while washing dishes doesn't work and help as the water drains away.
