住宿各方面都不错,环境也好,停车也方便,就是没有wi-fi

泳池开放时间应调整,10:00am-15:00pm这时间段我们正好是外出旅游的时候,等我们回来想去游泳,泳池已经关门了,所以有待改进

"Hayle & The Weather were perfect, But this Property felt tired and dated and in Need of TLC"

Hayle & the surrounding areas of Cornwall we love. days on the beach or at National Trusts and evenings in St Ives create so many long lasting memories for us. The location of this site is ideal for what we want, less than 10 minutes to the beach at Hayle and 15mins to St Ives.

In short, 34 Trevithick Court feels like it needs some much overdue TLC compared to other properties on the site, that we have stayed in. The Kitchen is described as being fully equip, however it has the barest of essentials, to the point that we needed to buy oven trays and a frying pan. For a property that potentially sleeps 9 people, it does not have enough, plates, bowls and cups to facilitate these numbers. The fridge/freezer did not work and needed to be replaced, which to be fair, was replaced promptly by Toms Holidays and a refund for spoiled food was agreed. In the Lounge area the furniture seems to be on its last legs if not already past them, the foot stool to the massaging is broken and the sofa is uncomfortable and possibly broken in places. The table and benches would not accommodate more than 6 people at a push. the bedrooms were generally OK, however the smaller of the two double bedrooms upstairs had clearly had a wall replastered and not redecorated recently. In the upstairs shower the shower head needed reassembling before use. the overall impression of the property was that it feels tired and dated both in décor and condition and was not clean, and that if wasn't ready for guests.

Everything there was perfect, we enjoyed. Good place. Given rating as 9, just because property was not very cleaned, but Everything else was perfect. If I back for holidays there, I be back to the same place 💯

Good location, good value for money, adequate facilities

1 pipe in the downstairs bathroom was leaking. Also it would have been useful to have instructions on how to use some of the facilities such as showers and stove.
