Comfortable bed, furnishings were modern

We booked this property and paid extra based on the listing advertising a private pool and private beach access. Both were inaccurate. The pool was communal, located off-site, required driving, and was out of order during our stay. There was also no private beach access; we had to drive about 10 minutes to reach a beach. The host said they would update the listing. A cupboard door fell and hit my partner’s head, which was a serious safety concern. The host’s only response was “noted,” with no follow-up. We requested compensation due to the misleading listing and unavailable amenities, but none was offered. We also had to pay extra to visit another resort to use a pool.

The booking staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was neat, clean and well prepared.

Zimbali is a bit of an issue to get into with all the scanning and checks.
