The owner says booking.com is to blame for after 20h00pm bookings. When is the one who populated information onto Booking.com. She has never called to advise on our refund. Nor make amends or an extention for a future reservation. She has no Hospitality skills nor understanding of the industry. WE PRETTY MUCH FLUSHED OUR R1400 PLUS DOWN THE TOULET IT SEEMS.

We had contacted the owner so she does have our contacts. Booking.com did send a confirmation of the booking therefore the booking is or was legit and is clear on their side. Lack of understanding of the industry with regards to guest satisfaction and going the extra mile lacks here.
