Light House View Inn - Galle Fort

Alors que l on peut payer par carte de crédit la propriétaire m a demandé impérativement de payer en liquide C est un peu cher et le petit déjeuner n est pas compris ce qui est rare au Sri-Lanka

Location was amazing! This was a beautiful old house and is in the best area in all of Galle fort. AC was great and it came with bottled water and towels.

No light in the bathroom, hot shower wasn’t really working

AMAZING location!! Beautiful old wood details around the doors etc.

The host woman was a bit pushy about money, about us writing reviews etc.

Personál bol naozaj milí. Čisto tam bolo aj keď ošarpane ale bolo vidieť že sa naozaj snažia. Šli sme sa tam len vyspať ale boli ochotný nám aj kufor postrážiť.

What we liked most was sitting on the terrace in the evening, with a direct view of the lighthouse. The owners are very accommodating and the accommodation is spacious.

Location was amazing. Bathrooms were modern and rooms were clean.

The apartment has a door directly through into the owners house that can't be locked. Kitchen poorly equipped. We felt uncomfortable when the owner suggested we cancel our booking with booking.com to save on commission.

it was a nice stay in light house view inn, we enjoyed everything as per the description the room was very big and the 2nd room was also good compared to first one the villa living room was nice and the kitchen. the host welcomed us very nicely even when we tired they got the all needful for us and the balcony was the best thing u can overlook the ramparts and light house infront of balcony and the rainy season is also reduced so we could enjoy a lot thanks light house view inn for ur un limit hospitality and everything url did to make our stay a best we will definietley come back with our friends and fa,ily in future

the galle fort was little crowded as the season start but it can be a villa fault anyway and the morning prayers call sound can be soundproofed with closing the curtain fullly as host instructions so we got a very nice sleep

the light house view inn was absolutely worth with its central location and architecture and value for money, the hosts are very nice as they were very ready to fulfill our need and host were proactive through whatsapp and they welcomed us with a nice drink and checked whether everything was ok for us.also they helped us in booking a taxi to colombo airport when our trip ends.i will definietley recoomend light house view inn.the villa was very big and spacious 1st room was very large and second was good too and living area kitchen was too a big advantage for us the best point is location its just infromt of light house and beach.super

the rain as this is monsoon season little high i would like to recommend to add breakfast option too as its a best thing
