The location of this apartment was excellent, and it was clean

The power went out multiple times. The staff and owners did not respond for at least five hours, and then it went out again. And then then we had to figure out how to trip the breaker box ourselves each time it went out. The blow dryer did not work, and I messaged them and they did nothing about it, nor did they respond to the complaint. The bed was rock hard and they provide only one small pillow for each guest.

The location was exceptional. The beaches are maybe 10min walk away.

No Air conditioning Accommodation was poorly equipped : no bath mat, dish washing Utensils, not enough toilet paper.

The location was great.

Pictures make the apartment look bigger and cleaner than it is. There is a substantial amount of mold in the bedroom and the floors were not really clean. The mirror in the bathroom was slightly broken and we had no dish or hand towels. Upon requesting them, the person on the phone said, they would be delivered but never were.

List hot water for a day. Next day lost internet. They fixed both but I had to ask 3 times for service
