The place is nice and clean, with a lovely view. It's conveniently located near food and drink spots, as well as a 7/11 and McDonald's, which is super handy.

The bathroom faucet wasn’t working, and I had some trouble locking the door—it requires a bit of extra effort to pull it properly.

"Uncomfortable stay. This unit needs to upgrade its facility. Please fix the shower and tap handle.Really unpleasant."

Close to the mall and restaurants.

The toilet and bath are both dirty. Shower does not work well no water pressure. When we arrived and went to wash our hands in the bathroom sink, the tap handle came off. Ants on our bed. Bedsheets have green stains seems like it has not been washed properly.

The place is clean, easy to locate and has nice view.

The water in the shower area. Very very very slow water in the evening and no water in the morning. I didnt take a shower at all in my stay. 🥲

The staff was really friendly. The WiFi is fast and stable, and the area is close to a lot of nice amenities in IT Park. Would rent again.

How is this rated anything above a 1??, there was no working TV to wifi and it took staff 3 days to respond and act on my queries about the TV. The condo is only suitable as a hostel type of room with outdated furnishings, no extras , poor and nasty kitchen supplies, and door handle ready to come off. I would never stay with this owners condo ever again!
