What I like the most is that it’s way accessible to my workplace. The view was pretty good the moment we’re lying in bed the moon was so bright and we couldn’t help ourselves to amazed by it. It was beautiful almost perfect night.

The moment I was about to check in the staff it’s like they’re not doing their best job. Kudos to the housekeeper she’s doing her best thing to clean the room before I occupy the unit. To add up, there is no Netflix Subscription where it says here it does have which was disappointing because we expect to watch Netflix by that night.

The location is bery near sugbo mercado where you can find plenty and cheap food. It is a walking distance to Cebu Ayala central bloc. The host is very responsive on my querries.

The worst communication channel within the property, during checked in time we’re not able to check in on time due to nobody knows our booking and instead of checking they’re playing volleyball by passing us from one tower to another, The worst experienced so far. I don’t recommend to stay in condo rather book direct a hotel room, it’s a waste of money and emotions.

I don’t like their lousy process on assisting guest needs and they did not even care to assist when we did complain. So hilarious experienced, I regret to book in condo rather than hotel. We shouldn’t consider condo as part of hospitality industry.
