Terrible homestay can consider scammer. I paid full payment during booking and look forward for our stay in Ipoh but nothing is as our expectations. On that day they send the check in details, they required us to pay the rent for hairdryer. I paid by touch and go on the spot. During check in, I didn't even bring my luggage down from that place because the place is really creepy and abandoned. I try to check in first and see about the condition. Rubbish all over the place especially when we enter the lobby no any clean spot. Furthermore, lift is out of service. We can only use bomba lift. When we reach the floor, we are so surprise that on one stay at the same floor with us. All units are abandoned. Then, we follow the check in details given and enter the unit. The unit is dirty, sticky floor, spider web all over the place. When we contact them again regarding this issue, no one reply. We can't stay in this condition and decide to book a nearby hotel for our trip. This is a very awful experience for us. The place is not as advertised. Terrible.

Basic facilities need to rent. *ITEM TO RENT* Iron & Board = RM 10 Hair Dryer = RM 5 Rice Cooker = RM 20 ************************ Please request it before 6pm. All these thing are basic needs at homestay. The floors are very sticky and house are very smell. Only 1 bathroom got water heater out of 3 bathroom. 2nd bathroom head shower broke. So totally couldn't use at all. All bedrooms don't have mirrors. It's very difficult to ladies for getting ready. No WiFi. All these things are basic needs. Price for 1 night... is rm338. KL price.
