1. The overall unit is acceptable. 2. The distance from Ipoh town to this place will take approximately 20min if you take the inner road. However it is super close to Toll exit. 3. The fridge is in a good working condition. 4. No disturbances in the house. Can sleep.

1. Poor safety - When you enter the guard, you may find it’s super creepy because it’s look like an abandoned guard house. The guard itself looks suspicious. At night no guarding at all. So no need to waste time to register your vehicle. 2. Ample of parking but you may have the fear whether anyone will damage or steal your car - luckily nothing happened to my car. Also I avoid to park my car in the basement because it’s feel spooky at night time. 3. The Bomba lift only can carry 1 adult & 4 kids although the max load is 900kg. Maybe poor maintenance. The another lift works well. Also entering the lift you may find unpleasant feeling. 4. Swimming pool. If you wish to get yourself with some rashes or skin diseases, feel free to dip inside. 5. I’m sensitive to dust mites & that will trigger my sinus. The day 2, I had a bad runny nose the moment I got up in the morning. 6. Master bedroom aircond looks new but you can only feel the chill after 4am even you set at 16 degree. 7. All the bathroom window latch is broken. Luckily no one entered the unit through the windows. 8. The dining chairs are designed for kids & not adults unless you plan to break it. 9. The view from the room is interesting! 10. Finally, the emergency contact will never answer your call. Called the number in the app numerous times to force the unit owner to answer.
