The property needs some maintenance the room itself was clean and the mattress was comfortable. The bathroom door did not close and the tub was damaged. The pool was not open in July and the grass was not mowed. The price per night is not comparable to the overall value

The room was newly renovated. It was clean.

People living there sitting outside doing drugs. Landscaping was horrible. Made you feel unsafe. One of the rooms had no bath towels. No one was in the office and no one answered the phone. Couldn't check out either. No where to leave the key in a secure place.

Affordable

Very old bathroom with permanent stains but was clean. Floors were dirty. Turned my daughters socks black. It was strangely inhabited by what seemed to be permanent residents.

Quiet, clean and a comfortable bed! A nice example of an inexpensive motel.

The price was right and the room served its purpose for a one night stay.

Very poor remodel job! Paint job bad, floor not even, new tub but old rusty drain, toilet paper holder was corroded, no nice area to sit, lobby was large but no breakfast.

Room was clean and newly renovated. Outside was full of litter and nearby dumpster smelled awful. Stayed one night, but would not stay longer. Realize that place is being renovated, but first impression was not good.
