I loved the location. Only 10mins walk from old town. I could virtually see the modern bridge from my room.

Nothing much. Although some people will need to know if you’re a light sleeper you can hear a cockerel I. The early hours. Apart from that you hear nothing

Comfortable, clean, impeccable staff, genuine four star hotel. Generous buffet breakfast, light meals served all day.

Would have marked a 9, perhaps a 10, but the hotel has a big problem. Across the road from the entrance is a small businessman with several dogs, one of which barks continuously virtually all night and every night. The Myson is aware of the issue since guests have complained before. The animal is a serious pest and something needs to be done. You should not have to wear earplugs to get a decent nights sleep in a hotel of this quality.

Wonderful staff, great location with views of the rice fields. Room was clean, lots of options for the breakfast buffet.

Walls in the hotel are extremely thin and not noise proof. Could hear other guests and people outside all night. Bed is very hard.

The major reason to come back to this hotel is the level of service and how caring and attentive the staff was. A special thanks to Hailey for all of the tips and recommendations. I had a lovely room with a view on the rice fields. Great blackout curtains. The food set menu as well as the New Year menu were amazing! The location is a bit further away from the old town, more quiet, perfect walking distance with many cafes and spas close by. I did Thai massage in the hotel twice. It was very good.

Sound isolation in the rooms is not great. But I should have asked for room change, I'm sure staff would have accommodated for it.
