Lovely well-appointed tasteful accomodation in an easily accessible quiet semi-rural location near the River Wye. Fiona and James are exceptional friendly hosts who made us feel very welcome. Excellent breakfast options.

Really can't fault a thing.

Beautiful guest house set in a lovely country location. The owners were absolutely amazing. We unfortunately got held up on a breakdown on our way so were very late checking in and missed our local dinner reservation. They put dinner on for us and gave us a lift into Hay the next morning. We will definitely stay again and would highly recommend :)
