Not well kept, smell of cleaning supplies, hard door lock, I got locked inside for a while, needs some updating
CAThe location and proximity was hard to beat as it is right in the old town. The shower was very nice.
The lock did not work for us and the property manager did not respond to our messages. The apartment was also full of ants when we arrived and for the duration of our stay.
AUThe location was in an ideal spot, the apartment was spacious however the staff were horrible to deal with.
When we arrived the bedsheets on the bed were filthy and dirty, the wifi advertised didn’t work and the large apartment only came with 1 fan(not ideal in peak summer as no AC). We contacted the staff about this and it took over 30 hours to get a response and 34 hours to be fixed. We also were given 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 nights which is unacceptable as when we contacted the staff numerous times for more we were left unresponded to and we had to walk down to the reception to get their attention and get toilet paper and working wifi.
