Great location and view

Staff was really disrespectful and rude. Didn’t clean our rooms in spite of telling them so many times. No flexibility and not answering our questions properly.

Nada, lo único que era decente es la persona que nos recogió la maleta.

Lo primero de todo y nada más llegar es que te hacen pagar y si pagas con tarjeta te hacen pagar más. Primer punto de la estafa. El alojamiento pone que tiene playa privada, pero no es así, de playa no tiene nada, justo frente al hotel son todo piedras y grandes para romper las olas. En el anuncio de la habitación solo tiene fotos de la cama, que es lo único decente. El tamaño de la cama bien, pero las sábanas son pequeñas… El baño es un asco (por eso no hay fotos en el anuncio) no tiene nada de aseo personal, más que una pastillita de jabón para lavarte las manos. La ducha está rota, goteando y llena de mierda, y la alcachofa colgaba de una goma elástica. El desayuno es una basura. El café está malísimo y cantidad de comida que te ponen ridícula. El wifi funciona fatal. No vale ni mucho menos lo que piden por la noche de alojamiento.

Good location .

The staff were very unwelcoming on arrival and throughout our stay. Our room was not like the photos advertised, when we brought this to the staffs attention he simply laughed at us. Eventually moved rooms. Rooms are full of ants/ bugs and our room was not cleaned during our 2 night stay. Door/ lock was broken. There is also no swimming pool as advertised just a jacuzzi.

The location is brilliant and super relaxing. Above all, the staff are so friendly and attentive! Love the two resident dogs!
