Location.

Excellent value. Flat clean and tidy. Would stay again.

The location was perfect,me & my son were there for the K,s gig & it's near enough on the high street,plenty of bars & takeaways & not far from the venue,the satnav took us to a part where we couldn't park & we ended up in a multi storey car park which was only a few hundred yards away,but I think you can park right outside the apartment,me & my son stopped in 1 room but there's another room upstairs, so if there's 6 of you it's brilliant value for money.

The location was ideal for what we needed and closeness of amenities. Double beds were comfortable and bedding clean.

The grill tray was dirty and the dish sponge was used when we arrived and there was remnants of food packets in the cutlery cupboard. All of the windows on the outside we're absolutely filthy. The single mattress in the downstairs bedroom could do with being replaced as you can feel the springs. The single mattress upstairs was on a slant. Inside the toilet bowl was dirty and we were only provided half a toilet roll for 5 guests.

Ideally situated to the town and metro station. Up for the GNR. Beds clean and comfortable although single bed upstairs is on a slope.

Bathroom could do with a good clean, black mould around sink plug, toilet needs bleach down or be descaled. Overall bathroom was quite grubby.

Lovey and clean, really comfy bed and really spacious.

Wifi wasnt great other than that was perfect for us

How unclean it was, bedding was not clean and my partner tripped on the carpet that was lifted up and hurt her ankle.
