GBThe apartment had everything we needed and was in an absolutely fantastic location, close to bars and shops. Had minimal noise from the bars and shops and managed to get straight to sleep. We attended a show at the empire theatre which was a 7 minute walk, so it was brilliantly located for our needs.

Smells abit damp but could be from wet towels and wet bathroom floor mats.
USWe showed up and the flat had not been cleaned since the previous guest, so we were unable to stay in this property - but luckily, once we got in contact with the owner they provided us with an alternate location to stay. The new place they put us in was clean, but 10 minutes further away by car.
The flat was not cleaned prior to our arrival so we were unable to stay in what we rented, and though management fixed the problem they were unapologetic. The new location they gave us was far away from where we originally rented, so we had to take an Uber to the event we were attending and incur more costs than we should have.

GBWe loved the size of the apartment, the little touches with the tissues too, very close to the city centre which is perfect 👌
Think it would have been a nice touch to have some milk in the fridge, i understand there's shops downstairs but just as a little gesture as the shop downstairs didn't sell it, also there was sharp bits at the edging of the stairs that kept catching us even when wearing sandels!
