Pearl House - Delightful 3-4 Bedroom Coastal Getaway

The property was clean, bright and well kept. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, there was nothing more we needed. Each room had its own en-suite and the beds were clean and comfortable. The ground floor has been well adapted for disabled access with adjustments to the lounge (additional bedroom if required) and downstairs bathroom. Just a stones throw from the promenade and beach. The beach is dog friendly from September to May.

The only thing which we found challenging was the parking. We had to park at the local Cliff Hotel, after their friendly staff allowed us overnight parking.

Plenty of space , good having en-suite in every room .

Think the 2 beds which seem like small doubles could do with being kingsize as not big enough for 2 adults . Think you need a more comfy sofa in the living room , I know one is a sofa bed , but maybe have a bigger comfy one as well . The house was lovely and well presented .

Beds a little basic and small for size of the house. Could have a more comfortable sofa bed for adult use. No garden if pet was taken. Overall not a big problem.

Amazing location just off the seafront. Lovely rooms all with their own toilet/shower facilities.

The stairs were very noisy and there were a few cracks and missing plaster in the walls but that didn’t bother us.

Beautiful house, clean and nice decorated

1) heating in the kitchen and dining we couldn’t setup on while upstairs all radiators were on; 2) bed mattress too soft for my back

Location ideal for family activities, modern and very clean with ensuite in each bedroom , great family friendly large kitchen , we had no problems with our stay but confident the host would have sorted had there been .

Just a personal preference front door has large glass window so evening was less private in hallway especially with children I felt needed more solid private door .
